Third Rule: Water is Your Bff
There is a reason why people got crazy with drinking water, these days. Water can really increase the number of calories we burn by drinking adequate water. Latest research indicates that people who drank 1.5-2 liters of water per day experienced a significant reduction in their weight. Also different warmth of water will also shock your body in a good sense.
Fourth Rule: Appreciate Your Hunger
Many people don’t even realize whether they are hungry or not before sitting on a dinner table. Isn’t that weird somehow? There is a reason behind our daily meals and that is not socializing or modern life habits. People who start to eat after feeling their hunger lost their fat easier than other people do. Try to feel the hunger before ordering. You will not only lose weight but also enjoy the food more than ever.
Fifth Rule: Move!
Even if you are a white scholar sits for 10 hours per day, you can find quick escapes for yourself. Use stairs instead of lift, for instance. Regardless your job or study programme 30 minutes walking will save your body and mental health.
